I don’t pretend to have visited all the delis in Bologna, but I have seen quite a few and this one in Via Obedan is my favourite.
I bought some of the pumpkin tortellini. They were beautifully wrapped, and they were taken home and cooked with butter and sage.
There are several delis and food stalls in the centre of Bologna in Via Drapperie and Via Pescheria. I couldn’t resist the sausages in the window of one and I can report that they were delicious.
