Hi.
I’ve got you blog address from a friend of mine who lives in Bagni di Lucca.
You’ve done a superb work. Complimenti !
My friend and I, Umberto, who’s now retired, wish we could have the same fantastic travelling experiences you are having. We hope we can do it when I’m retired as well. May also express you my pleasure (and also a little bit of pride) in understanding that some people love my Country (regardless corruption, mafia, politics, etc! Ciao, Renzo.

Ciao Renzo,
I’m glad you like the blog. We love our little village and being part of Italian life. Of course, there are difficulties. I am currently struggling with the acquisition of my Italian drivers’ licence and am feeling slightly less charitable towards Italians just now, but it will pass. Debra

Hi Renzo
I am very happy that you enjoy reading our blog. We are very passionate about Italy, and although we recognize that its not perfect, the good far outweights the not so good. But you know what, it is the not so good experiences that make us laugh and really appreciate the fact that we are starting to understand the country. We feel that we are no longer tourists and this is great. Please keep reading and tell your friends. ciao Liz
