I am at Main Beach on the Gold Coast for a while. Late this afternoon I went for a walk along the beach. It was quite windy and I was delighted to see kite surfers in the water.
There was one in particular who caught my attention. He was fascinating to watch.
He was clearly having the time of his life. The look of delight on his face made me smile. He was incredibly skilled at handing the kite and the board…take a look.
…and just watch him fly. I’m sorry the photos are a bit blurry, but it is just my ordinary camera and he was moving very quickly.
Even this seagull was impressed.
Kite surfing looks like incredible fun…I wish I was 16 instead of 60.
The next day I found another one for you to admire.
