Thank you! I love it here in winter. I am sitting in my living room now looking out onto a lovely misty morning view of the mountains. It has been raining, but I think we are in for a beautiful day.

We visited Italy in 2006 but not Lucca. It looks so beautiful as all of Italy is. We are going back and hope to make a visit to your gorgeous city. I was looking for terracotta pots when I found your website. Can we order pots from you and do you ship to the U.S.? The pots are beautiful too.

You can’t order from me, but the website for the man who makes the pots is on the post and I believe he will ship for you.

Hi Deb,
Pam sent your blog site thru to Greg and I really enjoyed your photos. It has been twelve months since we spent two wonderful weeks at your house in Bagni di Lucca, and I love looking through my photos and remembering the gorgeous holiday we had there, with Marco, Gregorio and all of the other locals! Thank you for sharing this part of your life with so many others.

I love Venice in the winter months, but it can be very cold. Take warm clothes! The upside is that there are fewer tourists. If you look in the ‘Venice’ category you will find some posts about this amazing place.
